A portion of inventory is supplied by the owner and her family through mining expeditions in and out of state. Our displays include crystals that Marianne, a self-taught Lapidarist, saw-cuts, shapes, grinds, and hand-polishes herself which are then made into jewelry or other items, in-store.

I’m Marianne

 Owning a Rock Shop has been like a dream. This is what I would have done for work 30 years ago if the opportunity existed.

From handmade Alpaca sweaters and blankets from Ecuador to boxes of new and unusual Crystals acquired at a local Gem Shows and Wholesalers in Massachusetts.

Occasionally a box will arrive from Arizona, Utah, North Carolina, or Oregon with new finds from our Rockhounding Contacts across the U.S.

    I brought some first timers to dig Rhodonite in Plainfield yesterday. It was so much fun!
